Im Erntejahr 2020\/21 produzierte das Unternehmen 640 Liter Bio-Oliven\u00f6l extra vergine aus Bianchera-Oliven nach traditionellen Methoden. Villa Eva erhielt ihren allerersten Gold Award f\u00fcr ein Bio-Medium Bianchera.<\/div>

Nach einer \u201ekatastrophalen\u201c Ernte im Jahr 2019 war Bratasevec erleichtert, als in Schl\u00fcsselmomenten der Ernte 2020 bessere klimatische Bedingungen eintraten.<\/p>\n

\u201eWir haben uns schwer getan, eine Ernte 2020\/21 zu erwarten, weil die vorherige Ernte f\u00fcr uns katastrophal war\u201c, sagte er. \u201eDie Wetterbedingungen w\u00e4hrend der Bl\u00fcte und Reifung waren sehr schlecht und daher war die Ernte sehr schlecht. Diesmal kam uns die Natur sehr gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig zu Hilfe und bot uns eine hervorragende Ernte.\u201c<\/p>\n

Der NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, der jedes Fr\u00fchjahr in New York stattfindet, ist der weltweit gr\u00f6\u00dfte und prestigetr\u00e4chtigste Oliven\u00f6lwettbewerb. Die j\u00e4hrliche Liste der Preistr\u00e4ger gilt als ma\u00dfgeblicher Leitfaden f\u00fcr die besten nativen Oliven\u00f6le extra des Jahres.<\/p>\n
