Upon arrival, enjoy a local sparkling wine as we share our family’s history and philosophy. Discover how olive oil has shaped this region since ancient times. Tour our olive grove and mill to learn about extra virgin olive oil production. In our tasting room, experience a guided tasting of four premium oils with video presentation and learn how to pair them with different foods. Finish with a traditional local snack and famous Rebula wine.
